Nice, but …. Temp & security need work
Room was clean & well appointed. However, thermostat did not work properly. After a service call, it improved but required getting up several times through the night to reset (from 72). While flip-over deadbolt worked great, the actual deadbolt did not engage at all.

The smell that keeps smelling!
While the check in was fine and the young lady was very friendly, the room was awful! The room is in need if not an update but a through cleaning. Each bed had several bed/couch pillows on them that looked like they had been drug in from my grandsons cafeteria at school. They are filthy! The bed it self was clean but a new mattress is way overdue, I spent most of the night trying to keep from falling out of bed it leaned so much. But the worst problem was the smell, it reeks of urine smell!!! I could not see a leak, so my guess is its on the carpet or the floor needs a clorox mopping. While they said they would look into it, they obviously didn't mean while we were there. So please check into getting this room power cleaned!!!

We had afew issues with our room. Bathroom wouldn’t flush when we arrived, then issues with our heater not coming on. Outside of that we enjoy our stay. This was our first time at this resort. I called in servicing for the bathroom and heater. Both took awhile but the people was amazing and helped out a lot. Staff was amazing

I took and shower and pulled back the covers to got to sleep only to see chunks of what looked like dead skin at the foot of the bed. It took me two calls and 40minutes to get the sheets changed and they almost fling the dirty sheet in the floor and didn’t change the pillow cases on a bed that was obviously not clean. I was also charged a housekeeping gratuity.
