Clean and nice, if a little spare.
Relatively new building. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. On the fourth floor it took several minutes for the hot water to get hot. There were no amenities in the room like a fridge or microwave. Had a friendly staff person take me to the staff break room where the only microwave in the building sits.

I rarely leave reviews, but I so enjoyed my stay, I felt compelled. The staff was so friendly. Everyone was helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good - I was honestly surprised. East parking, right next to an outdoor mall, tons of shops and restaurants. Rooms were super clean, I loved the shower. We'll definitely be back.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!! A super new and clean property (October 2024). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. GREAT location along the Mt. Rose HWY and The Summit- a posh shopping mall in South Reno. Very pleased with our experiance. :)
