An excellent location right in the heart of the old town and very close to the sea. Our room was newish so evertything was OK except for some stains on the floor, which was no problem. the rest of the hotel looked very tired judging by the doors and hallways we passed down. reception was unmanned but our key was on the counter when we arrived. We had a comfortable nights stay, but others might disagree.

Själva hotellet var rent men behövde fräschas och uppdateras upp men kvinnan i receptionen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpte oss i ju med att vi bokade hotellrummet ca 2 timmar innan vi skulle övernatta (en natt). Sängarna var hårda men det hade vi redan kollat upp på hotels.com. För oss var bokningen en tillfällig lösning. Med tanke på det billiga priset så var boendet helt ok. Däremot är viktigt att läsa bekräftelsen för incheckning. Skulle ha missat helt och hållet att ringa receptionen och tagit emot nyckeln till rummet eftersom den inte är alltid bemannad. Den ligger rätt så centralt ca 200 m till centrum om inte närmare och har nära till allt. Jag betalade ca 850 kr för 3 personer men frukost ingick inte. Vi fick en hel lägenhet (tror att det är lägenheter ändrade till hotellrum). 2 sovrum 2 sängar i varje och det fanns ytterligare en säng vid dörren för en 5:e. Köket var litet men matbordet var anslutet till vardagsrummet. En extra toalett i ena sovrummet och mellan sovrummen fanns ett litet badkar med dusch och toalett. Rena vilket var ett väldigt plus i kanten. Enda nackdelen är ljudet ifrån gatan (bodde på 4:e vån). Allt hördes och tror inte att ljudisoleringen var den bästa. Men annars helt nöjda med tanke på så sent som vi bokade

Awful. Neglect is their signature.
There was no doorknob or handle on our apartment door. There was still sand from previous guests, and also trash left underneath the bed, and what I’m guessing was their hair in the bed, which makes me question wheather the hotel even changes the sheets. Broken lamps were not replaced, and the frame of a lamp was just sitting on the bedside table. The cutlery was still dirty with bits of food still on them, and the bathroom just looked as if it had been wiped down in a hurry but nothing more. Even those one time shampoo bottles that hotels leave you were opened by previous guests and not replaced. The WiFi didn’t work, and the hot water for the shower just disappeared and came back spontaneously during a day. Worst of all were the two small turtles they keep in a small fish bowl in the lobby. It’s not even big enough for them to swim, and they get no stimulation whatsoever. They just sit there. Awful! Had this been a cheap hotel we could’ve seen past many of the flaws, but their price was the same as some of the nicer hotels in the area which is just fraudulent.
