The gentleman at the front desk is courteous, polite, and helpful. The check-in process is smooth. Rooms are cosy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Reutlingen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm. Im (oder auf?) dem Boxspring-Bett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Mini-Bar ist für die erste Übernachtung inklusive. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer zur Zubereitung von Kaffee u. Tee. Leider war der Kleiderschrank so hoch gestaltet, dass er nur von sehr großen Gästen vollständig genutzt werden kann. Das Bad außerdem nur von schlanken Menschen, denn es ist extrem eng. Die Fenster im Frühstücksraum hätten dringend eine Reinigung benötigt, was vielleicht aber einfach fehlendem Personal geschuldet ist.

Alles sehr gut. Parkplatz sollte 15.- Euro kosten, an der Straße vorne ist es nachts gratis. Frühstücknist perfekt und sehr sehr reichhaltig. Es hat wirklich alles.
