Air conditioner was noisy. Towels, especially bath towels, were very thin and felt like sand paper. Expensive place for the quality and age of the facilities.

The shower did othave spray attachment on it. Bathed instead. Very clean and comfortable and quiet.

Like most properties, the biggest negative is plug ins for phones and my sleep apnea machine. It was quiet, though only blocks from the highway, so convenient to get to. The staff were friendly and happy to discuss activities we were considering for the area. We went downtown for our meals, but other places were within walking distance. Place was clean and beds comfortable, which is always my main concern in travelling. I'd have no trouble staying here again in the future.

Great service! We were running late for our check-in time due to some unexpected delays and the property manager stayed open late to check us in. The property looks newly refurbished and was very clean.

Outside of building was updated but rooms had old furnishing and bathroom fixtures. Knob to turn on shower pulled off. Towels were paper thin.

The furniture and decor is awful , it looks like it was home built and half the paint was missing. Paid over 200. $ for a night stay which was worse than a motel 6 for 59$

This property left a very excellent impression with how well kempt the room was. All appliances worked perfectly and nothing was lacking. Thanks to this lodge, we were able to have a good rest and stay at Revelstoke. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and ensured that we had no problems. I won’t hesitate to say that they gave that same considerate attitude to others staying at this accommodation.
