Staff was very accommodating. The property is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up but overall for the rate and location, it was suitable for our needs.

The property is really good in terms of room accessibility and parking outside room door. Very convenient. Accepting of pets, so this worked out well. Remote/TV issues required manual turning on/off. Heating system worked very well. Bedding and beds were comfortable. The room has damage on doors and ancient furniture is in need of update. Plumbing was very loud throughout the night. With a little facelift this could be much more appealing. Did not access pool/hot tub area -so no review there. Staff at check in were super friendly! The system crashed so no room keys provided initially-but issue was rectified by staff a short time later.

The building that our room was in is very run down. There were multiple problems with the room, but the staff were good to deal with and refunded the money for our stay. Things badly need to be renovated and new beds, mattresses, and other items should be installed. Would not recommend.

Everything is fine, but there are still some things that can be improved. The coffee and hot water provided by hotel in the Lobby are always not hot enough. The swimming pool and hot tub should be clean more often. My child’s skin feels itchy after swimming. Other than that, most of the experience was good.

Looks like a great place if you’re a sledder from the prairies. Multiple groups took over the hot tub and pool area, drinking full on 24 packs of beer, vaping, monopolizing the place. Friendly folks though. Fitness room is out of order. Poked my head in to see why and realized the treadmills are out of service due to lack of maintenance. Not sure if there’s a plan to fix them as I’m not sure their clientele comes to run on treadmills. Building is dated. Probably wouldn’t stay again given the many other options in Revy.

Stayed one night and it was decent. Room was good, loved the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, and the hot tub. Unfortunately, some people were smoking pot in a room down the hall, and I don’t think staff did anything. Our room didn’t smell, thankfully, but the hallway did all night and the next morning. First time that happened.

Mattresses were worn out. No closet or wall hooks so absolutely nowhere to hang a jacket or any ski gear. Very noisy with train and highways and almost all guests with diesel rigs warming them up along with 2 stroke sleds. Gym equipment all out of order. Bathroom fan comes on with light and so loud if the room next door uses bathroom it wakes you up.

Exterior doors into the hotel itself did not lock we were in the old building. It would have been nice to have been notified that the room had a window facing the pool atrium. The pool (in the old building) is empty and tapped off and dark. So it felt like we were in windowless dark room.
