Property is nice, clean and close to every place we needed to go. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a nice variety. I would come back again to the same hotel.

Property had an excellent location, good breakfast, right in the middle of town. Only negative was you had to go up 3 stairs and then about 5 stairs to get from street level to the elevator level. Had to carry your bags up and down those levels

older hotel, but still very nice and in a great location (city center), though nightlife could be hear in the early evening from our room - not sure what time it quieted down, when we came in for the night at 11PM, the neighborhood was quiet (this was a Tuesday night)

we enjoyed the facility... however, we were booked into a different area of the hotel and when we arrived we were told we were moved to a Boutique hotel... leaving us to manage our luggage, walking, another number of blocks We would have appreciated knowing that they were moving us ahead of time so that we could have gone directly there.... we were a party of 10 !

This is a very no-frills option for staying downtown. As many have repeated, the biggest draw is its location. What I dont see mentioned is just how many hotels are avaliable in the area. There may as well be a hotel on every block of the major downtown area. This option is very basic. Its got small rooms and a breakfast that can barely be called that with a few cold meats, yogurt, and some rotating sliced fruits. No hot options. No microwaves in rooms. Fridge in my room didnt work. Shower took a few tries to figure out how to get hot and had some mold growing in the wall tiles. It was a very small. No bathtub. On the second floor there is some street noise. Not unbearable with closed windows and upper floors may be slightly better. A staff member opened a window without permission or lettind me kbow and one night was extremely loud because of it until i discovered the cause the next morning because the window is covered with a curtain at all times. I personally dont like people messing with my hotel room outside of cleaning so was not very pleased. Others staying on the same floor as me were often louder than the outside noise which was also not great. Overall its an option that puts you close to the center of the city with multiple bus stops but i would probably choose to stay elsewhere for the price and lack of amenities.

The room assigned to us had a foul smell. They moved us to an apartment instead of a hotel which has almost no noise insulation, we could hear every conversation on the street. At 11:30 in the night, they finally moved us into a hotel. It was a terrible experience to go through on your vacation. Also in the first hotel, the bathroom barely had any room. I recommend checking some of these details beforehand.

The hotel is very centrally located. Was reasonably clean was a bit dated though. Friendly staff, good breakfast, they have another property located down the road near bus stop #1 that is newer and has plenty of place to hang out and a in- house bar in the lobby, would have stayed at that property if I had known, but overall experience at this property was wonderful

I hated all the stairs to access the property. There were 4 at the street level to get to the door, then another 8 or so to get to lobby level. Really hard if you have luggage. The staff isnt there to help with luggage although they were polite & friendly. Once you get up to reception there is an elevator for other levels. The breakfast provided was very basic. For the same money i booked a much nicer hotel up the street - turned my "Fron" upside down.

We were so grateful for the hotel's offer to store our baggage when we disembarked from a cruise ship early in the morning, so we could enjoy local sightseeing without dragging bags around. Wera was delightful & chatty, as she also did a pre-check-in, while giving us lots of local tips about nearby venues on a map provided by the hotel. Our room 409 was clean & super convenient to lots of venues. The included daily breakfast was more than expected & started each day's exploring on the right foot. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Expedia VIP-bonus of a complimentary drink at the Sky Lounge, which we might have overlooked otherwise.
