Center Hotels was the perfect spot to spend a couple days before a cruise. It was so convenient to many sites, bus stop rig by bout front, staff were friendly & helpful. Room was adequate, very clean & orderly. Breakfast was very nice.

The hotel is nice, clean, and average as hotels go. The rooms are small, very limited closet space, but comfortable. It is not centrally located but has a bus stop nearby. Breakfast had a lot of choices but not high quality. Overall ok, but nothing special.

Lovely hotel in the heart of town.
Hotel team was welcoming, helpful and very friendly. Room was quiet, basic furnishings but pretty comfortable. Great location. Breakfast is a plus as everything in the area is quite costly.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Loved the location with the bus stop outside the hotel. Food hall was nearby and hotel was located near all the shopping. It was close enough to walk everywhere in the city. Desk personnel were friendly. Breakfast was good!

Great location on the main shopping street of Reykjavik, along with plenty of restaurants. Staff at from desk was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Bus stop #9 is just outside the front door; this is where most local tours have pickup.

Hold my reservation, please
Had a two-night stay, unfortunately, our plane was delayed and we arrived early the next day. I called to inform them we would be arriving early morning so they would hold a reservation on a nonrefundable room. When we arrived, the room was given to another guest so They offered us an Inferior room for three hours until the new room was ready. With a red-eye flight, we needed it. 30 minutes into checking in, finally asleep, we were called to let us know we had to vacate this room by 11 am and recheck into our reserved class. We were charges for both nights, full price for a deluxe room two nights with no discount. Seems they were double paid for the same room with two separate guests reservations. The receptionist who checked us in originally was apologetic for not holding the already paid for room, but still, did not feel this was handled properly. The location was great, bar area was nice, would of Liked a top sheet on our bed instead of fitted sheets with only a comforter.
