The lobby and restaurant are nice and the staff we met. The room is outdated and in need for repairing. The bed was not very good, hairdryer low in power, a noice during the night from heating system or somthing was disturbing.

Came here for our Honeymoon, stayed on the 12th floor with amazing views. There is a lovely cat named Dula that comes to visit the lobby, just snuggled the baby for hours while visiting and enjoying cocktails. The food in the restaurant makes your taste buds explode with happiness. 5 stars all around!

The staff could not have been nicer! So patient with us. We had purchased alcohol, duty free, at the airport, as advised. When we arrived our room refrigerator did not work. We discovered that there was NO ice machine in the hotel except at the bar. To ice our beer and drinks we had get it from the bar. The frig was never fixed but we were comped several meals at the restaurant. We were told we used more ice than the entire rest of the hotel. Ha Ha. As I said the entire staff was very nice and took care of us without complaint. Thank you.

Reception staff was not very helpful nor welcoming. Send us to a room on the 13th floor without explaining that there was no 13th floor but one designated P. So up and down we go. Not something one would want to do after a long trip and evening arrival. The room service is automated but lacks proper explanation and paymenmt options. However the service was fast and the food good. The room was clean and the beds first class. The bathroom shower is highly impracticle as the water splashes all over the whole bathroom floor.

This property was so nice. The beds were huge and comfortable. They rearranged our rooms on arrival for our family of 5. Everyone has enpught space. The restaurant was high end, delicious.

The food is absolutely delicious. I didn't plan on eating at the hotel but I am so glad I did. The shower knob was broken but the water got warm enough that I could shower without freezing. The gym is small but nice, more for cardio.

The hotel was a short walk to the seaside and was nice to take a stroll there to try to get away from the city lights. We could walk to the city centre using the Laugavegur street but a taking a bus was faster. The hotel was accessible as it was a pick-up or drop-off location for many tours, which was great.
