The apartment is located in the center of Seccagrande seafront, a seaside resort between Sciacca and Agrigento. The accommodation, carefully kept in mind, consists of a spacious and comfortable living room, full kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave and accessories (cookware and dishes), two bedrooms including a double with air conditioning, bathroom with shower and Services with hot water, all equipped with bed linen and bath. A large covered veranda furnished with table and chairs overlooking the seafront and the beach facing the apartment. Ideal for holidays of groups of young people and families, it is possible to enjoy the free beach facing the apartment simply by crossing the street. It is also possible to book sun loungers and umbrellas. Nearby you can find Bars, Pubs, Pizzerias, Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Medical Guard, Newsstand etc. At 7 Km, the city of Ribera, which can be reached by a convenient shuttle bus made available by the municipality, allows you to enjoy what the tourist needs.

We found Alfonso's apartment at the last minute on our first trip to Italy Alfonso was exceptionally accomodating and always a available to respond to queries and restaurant recommendations and areas to visit The location across from the beach was picturesque, with recently renovated kitchen and bathroom facilities. Great value and location
The apartment is very nice and luckily the master bedroom has air conditioning . The owner was very accommodating and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants. The views are amazing from the front porch. Very clean and well kept.

Thank you Alfonso for really taking care of us, a lovely gentleman with fantastic local knowledge. The appartament and location are fantastic, we spent a glorious three weeks there and it was by far one of our favourite family holidays. Already planning to go back next year!!

Un bel emplacement avec une vue superbe
Appartement très bien situé, en bord de mer, point de départ idéal pour visiter le sud ouest de la Sicile (Agrigente, Sciacca, Selinunte... et bien sûr les belles plages de sable à proximité). Un excellent séjour dans un appartement bien équipé et aménagé, doté d'une très agréable terrasse. Alfonso, est sympathique et très disponible. Il est de bon conseil pour les restaurants et festivités alentour. Seul point faible, l'absence de wi-fi dans l'appartement. Mais on peut en trouver un peu partout, donc ce ne fut pas un problème !
