Hotel is in nice, safe area. It is under construction till December (sign in elevator). We could hear construction happening during the night time, all three nights we stayed. Somewhat muffled, but NOT what you expect to listen to, in a room you paid to have a comfortable stay in. I wasn't sure I was going to convince my wife to stay when we stepped off the elevator on 3rd floor. AC must not be working in corridors. They feel dirty and the lighting is dark and looks like fabric draped over light shades. They smell of construction. The trash was overflowing the receptacle. The rooms are smaller/tighter than most, and not crisp clean. Unfortunately for them, the corridor experience probably made us more critical. I would not recommend.

I shared with the hotel staff that by the toilet and shower in my room water was coming through the floor boards. It had a foul odor. I was offered another room but not the same as what I was in. I asked for another way to accommodate me and was given towels!! This was horrible service it seemed as if no one cared about the water damage and smell!

The front desk is hard to find , you have to go in and up to the second floor to the desk to check in. The a/c was broken in rhe lobby and hallways , misirable for the desk clerk. Room was clean and comfortable great layout . Will probably stay here again , it has a younger more modern feel to it . Price was right
