Great place!! Pet friendly! Excellent breakfast!!
My husband and I were traveling with our dog, and this was a one night stopover. We were extremely pleased at the quality of our stay! The receptionist was friendly, helpful and accommodating. She worked hard to get us a room that would be convenient for our dog. She also gave recommendations on events happening in the area. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was definitely above average — in addition to offering eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns, there was a waffle machine, a yogurt machine, oatmeal, cereal, numerous baked goods, fresh fruit, juice and an upscale coffee machine. We will definitely be bookmarking this place, and anytime we are traveling through, we would stay here again!

Perfect for what I needed
I was driving on a long trip with my dog and needed an overnight stay at a pet friendly hotel. The hotel room was comfortable for my quick stay, easy in and out with the dog, and the free breakfast was all I needed before getting back on the road.

Overall the property was pretty good. The kitchen did not have any pots, utensils, plates, glasses: nothing a kitchen should have. There is a shortage of carts for luggage also.

Hotel was overbooked and left to sleep in car
I was travelling alone with 3 children. We knew we were going to arrive very late at the hotel (past midnight) therefore we called the hotel to let them know and they confirmed our reservation and told us that it was fine as long as we arrived before 3AM. We arrived at 1:30am and greeted very rudely by the night staff named Keith. He told us that the hotel had been overbooked so he didn't have a room for us. Even after showing the confirmation number and letting him know (and showing him) that we had called to confirm, he still refused to give us a room (said he had 2 left) and was very rude. He didn't even help to find us another hotel nearby. I was basically left stranded alone with 3 kids with no hotel room at 1:30am...all of the surrounding hotels were already fully booked so ended up sleeping in our car which was quite a frightening experience as a woman alone with kids!

Checkin was terrible + room smelled of stale smoke
Stood at the desk for 20 minutes while they tried to figure out why my payment wasn't showing. They finally gave me a room and came to the room 15 minutes after settling in and told me to come back to the desk they got my payment and needed me to sign paperwork. Room was outdated and smelled of old stale cigarette smoke but otherwise appeared clean. The only reason I didn't complain was due to just wanting to sleep after driving all day and having to continue driving in the morning.
