Spring break

The property was nice, and I love the location. The building had obviously just been renovated, and they did a great job with the space.We paid a cleaning fee as part of the rental. When we showed up, the laundry had not been done, there were dirty dishes in the sink, and the trash had not been taken out. It didn't really affect our stay, but it's a little upsetting when you are charged a cleaning fee and have to clean up behind the previous guests. On another note. The listing says that the property sleeps four with a pullout bed in the living room. We brought two kids with us. There was no pullout bed or bedding for four. We had to go buy blankets from Target, and the kids slept on a chair and love seat. Again, not a show stopper but be prepared if you are traveling with four.I think this is a brand new rental space, and once they iron out the kinks I would highly recommend it.
