The room was barely clean… strands of hair on the bed, toilet, and shower walls. I bought sheets to sleep on. The inside of the refrigerator was clean though. This place looks NOTHING like the pictures. I will not be back.

Smelled like weed, friends hanging out with beer at the check in. Door alarm at the exit was triggered EVERY time someone went out. Only 1 tiny trash can in the room , sinks and tubs old and dirt , kitchen old and repaired badley.

We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and were only staying 1 night. Familiar, reputable hotels in the area were close to $400 a night, and this was around $150. While skeptical, reviews were decent and photos looked satisfactory, so we booked a room here. From the moment we parked, the people walking around in the parking lot made us uncomfortable. I am fairly sure we witnessed a drug deal. When we checked in, the staff were friendly, but the lobby smelled awful and the moment we got into the elevator, we were suffocated by the smell of marijuana. The hallway of our room floor wasn’t any better, and when we got into the room, I almost walked right back out and opted to just sleep in the car. The bathrooms had pubic hair on the toilet seats, the bathroom sinks didn’t drain and also had hair in them, the showers had hair near the drain, the towels were stained and smelled awful, and even the sheets had stains all over them. I used our bottled water to brush my teeth, and slept in my clothes for fear of bedbugs. We only needed a room to get some sleep in for 6 hours, but I couldn’t even sleep well because of how bad it smelled. The booking process was fine, and the staff were nice and friendly, but that is the only thing I can say that is even remotely positive. Do not stay here. Spend $400 and get a decent shower & a good night sleep in a place that feels safe and sanitary. I will never stay at this chain ever again, anywhere, and I will make sure to tell everyone.

I didn’t expect much at the price point for this hotel but the sheets were stained, one of the dresser drawers was broken and cocked, and the air vent in the bathroom wasn’t working. Checking in felt like checking into a prison. …non pleasantries or overview of the property and amenities. When my wife ask if there was a bathroom in the lobby the lady told here there was no public restroom and then asked her if she was with me when we came in together and had on matching shirts. She eventually told her she would give her a key to the bathroom but we had already decided to wait until we got to our room instead.
