Fine place to stay
there was something wrong with the computer system when I was checking in. Couple before me had been waiting over 45 minutes. It took me 10-15 min to check in, but I felt so bad for the other couple that I didn't complain. Seemed like the issue was not within control of the check-in associate. Room was fine. Bed was great. Breakfast was meh. Overall convenient and fine place to stay.

The evening staff was amazing, the morning staff working the breakfast buffet was super busy. The hotel itself on the outside looked new- but the inside was definitely showing its age. The air conditioner didn’t work that great and there was lots of signs of age. The pool was COLD and the hot tub was HOT.

This property was very clean. The staff was amazing!! Friendly and helpful. Even the lady taking care of the breakfast station worked hard to make sure the bins were full of hot breakfast. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only thing would have been better if there was more parking. It seemed the night we stayed the hotel was full and so was the parking lot!! Not a bad problem for the hotel!!

Kudos to this Holiday Inn Express
This is the best hotel we have ever stayed. The front desk personnel were absolutely fantastic! We were even greeted by staff when entering the breakfast area! Cannot say enough about the employees. Courteous, helpful and all around nice. Clean environment, spacious and comfortable. Great food. We will definitely stay there again. Good parking area as well. Just a great overall experience. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable Stay
Both front desk and housekeeping were very hospitable and helpful. No traffic noise at night. Cracker Barrel & McDonald's were right next to hotel in walking distance. I plan on using this hotel again.
