The night staff was not truly capable of managing the desk. Very polite but totally clueless. Wasn’t able to handle a simple task of late checkout request and took 4x the time for check-in. He literally seemed confused about the check out time because we checked in after 11pm. He pointed to the checkout sign saying we don’t have to check out at 12 because we had just gotten there.

Experience was just ok, and a little gross.
The staff was nice. The free breakfast was decent. I was turned off by the cleanliness, or lack thereof. There were, what looked like, blood stains on the sheets.

The location was very convenient. The room was so nice I stayed in there most of the time. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to taking there kids to sky zone since it is right next to the hotel.

Property looked old, definitely not worth the money.Biggest reason, people smoking weed in hotel. Overwhelming smell that woke us up. Staff was unhelpful and apathetic. Didn't even offer to move our family to another room. Expedia rated them 8 stars, google maps rated them a 2.

The TV’s in the lobby did not work, the water in our bathroom took over 15 min to even START to get hot, and the covers and especially pillows on the beds were terrible! If we had known we would have brought one from home.

Great staff. A little slow on restocking 'snacks' ice cream, etc, as no store nearby. Food 'so so', but it WAS 'food'. Couldn't fig out how to get potatoes out from pan when front part was empty...doesn't 'slide out'?? A package was sent there for me which was late so I need it forwarded to my home now as they sd would arrive thurs...lucky if came today.
