Property is not well kept. Bathroom is way to small. It was hard to go in and come out. Carpets were dirty and smelly. Didn't expect this in a Hyatt hotel. Staff were friendly. Not sure why they cagrge for parking! It is not a downtown hotel.

The property was safe and the room and environment was quiet. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement include the following: 1. Breakfast- done on the cheap- powdered, artificial eggs, no fruit and the bare minimum above a continentental breakfast. No real dining area which resulted in people eating in the lobby as there were few tables. Overall breakfast was a big let down. 2. No washers/dryers for guests- big inconvenience. Washers and dryers should be available on each floor. 3. Beds were not comfortable. Beds sunk in the middle. 4. Pay for parking? Why? This location is not in the middle of a big city.

Awful experience
The cooling/ heating system wasn’t working, at as we arrived we were handed electric fans and the to open the windows, rooms unbearable warm during the day, forcing us out of the Hotel room. Pool was disgusting and smelled like urine. Elevators were not working and I got stuck twice. Forcing us to go up and down the stairs. Found roaches in the room.

Only complaints were a yippy dog staying in the room next to ours (people in the room were out and dog kept barking) and also the lack of outlets near the bed. There was an outlet on either side, but the clock, lights, and phone were using all 4 spots. No USB charging spots except in spot not convenient to bed. We had a king room so 2 doubles may have been different. Great breakfast and otherwise great stay.
