Hotel currently being renovated, but it didn’t bother our stay at all. Rooms were very clean and linens and pillows were very nice. The staff all around were helpful and friendly. They have a nice playground set that really was nice for us having a 3 year and it is in the back in are space very near our room. Walking distance to Kings Dominion. Restaurant and bar onsite. Full breakfast available. Would stay again. We had two rooms side by side. Can’t wait to see hotel when renovations finished. Hotel has a lot of potential.

Liked the location, stock of clean towels, room was clean. Disliked the shower supplies (soap, shampoo/conditioner was empty. When asked the front desk about soap, he did not comprehend our dispenser was emoty. We showered, however the hot water wasnt enough to feel clean. Soap is an essential, in my opinion. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Ok property. First floor worked well as no elevators. Electrical outlets (2) did not work; therefore unable to use hair dryer. Bathroom was tiny and needs renovation. Sleeping room recently done. Next time I would stay in Ashland.

This place is hot garbage. The room was dirty, the tub drained really slow during a shower, lots of bugs, and the deadbolt was missing a screw and the other two me was falling out. I will never stay at this place again. I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs!

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel, for the night so I could be closer to the airport as I was flying out the next day. The room was clean and everything was in good working order. The staff was very friendly and it was very quiet considering it was basically in the parking lot at King's Dominion. Happy with my stay.
