Stay was pleasant. Hotel service desk personnel extremely helpful.
However, I do have two issues with Hotels.com!! First, my reservation stated it could be canceled, yet Hotels.com sent 3 notices urging me to get their trip insurance!!
Second, I just received an email asking if I still wanted to schedule a trip to Richmond!! Jeez, maybe Hotels.com should hire competent technical staff to avoid these inconsistencies.
You get what you pay for. For the price I paid for this hotel, I was pleased. It was clean. I didn't see any critters. And there's a 7-Eleven , Cookout, & Vape Shop very close.

The hotel is in need of maintenance. The room was just worn-out. The good news is the bed was comfy and the shower worked well... hot water with good soap and shampoo. But you can hear all the noise from people on the stoop. The carpet, drapes and furniture in the room were very worn out.
You can’t stay with children at all, not clean at all, Also they said non smoking room, But it smells cigarette a lot. Honestly i didn’t sleep that room stayed for few hours then i left.
I would like to start out saying I don't have the highest expectations of hotels especially at this price point but this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Had a nonsmoking room but the room reeked of cigarettes, the ceiling looked like it could fall at any point, the room we had had two conjoining doors, when we first got into the room we checked the doors and one was unlocked that lead to a occupied room, this did not provide a feeling of privacy or safety. The photos of the rooms are not accurate.
