You need to know that there are no staff on site and it takes a few minutes to figure out how and where to access your room and parking - not exactly clear. They certainly didn’t make it clear on the website that this was a VIRTUAL hotel and no staff. Co stand having to find your access code is annoying

Good location. Needs a coat rack by door to hang rain covered jackets. Only place to hang coats is in bedroom armor. Pricey for type of room.

Stay one night for 18 years anniversary. First time try self check in hotel. Easy to access with access code and Key app. If hotel can provide bowls toys and treats for dog might be better.

Comfortable, clean and beautiful location and unit. I took one star off because the unit has zero privacy and there is barely any pressure on shower head!!! I will stay here again though as I love the area and the convenience of having a full kitchen.

Over priced. It's basically an airbnb not a hotel but they charge at hotel price. There are no services or facilities. Even check in is self serve check-in. Room is strata building rent out residential units.

I recently stayed at Steveston Waterfront Hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need.The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. I particularly appreciated where restaurants are just around the place. The overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, and the attention to detail truly made this stay memorable. I highly recommend Stevestone Waterfront Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience, whether for business or leisure. We can’t wait to return!

The Ventalation system in the unit was so noisy you could not sleep without ear plugs or a pillow over your head. Both bedrooms were affected as was the living room. It could not be shut down even if you shut down the air conditioning system.

No way to visually lock any doors from inside????
Nice spot, major complaint was lack of feeling secure here. As a solo traveler, I was extremely upset that there were no ways to visually lock the doors and in turn had a terrible night’s sleep. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have a way to secure the doors on the inside. I did contact customer service and the only response was that it was “safe” and is “all digital”. I’m all for tech, I even work in the industry, but you need to at least add some latches for security reasons. I would not stay here again.
