All staff except 1 lady was very nice and had great customer service. I came from a different state and will never book here again. The room I booked ahead was not clean or ready when I arrived and the lady at the front desk was very rude about it. Another staff lady came over and made sure we got a room. The rooms were nasty and the doors were broken paint peeling off the walls and the smell was horrific. Asked for clean towels and linens the lady told me they didn't have any. The nice staff lady came in and got me clean linens and towels from a room unoccupied.. 0/10 NEVER AGAIN.

No ac in hallways or elevators....alk ateas stink, cat littler box out in hallway with poop in it for days, hallways not cleaned at all about 25 pitbulls qns then other breeds, peoplw habgubg out out side all day n night dirty bathroom, drawers in room had dort n pub8c haor in them, bathroom was nasy.....dirty top blankwt for bed , no pillow cases dogs barking all hours ....
