Kiinteistö on koko 2 yksikön osakehuoneiston koko toinen taso, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, gourmet-keittiö, ruokasali, iso olohuone ja solarium, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Jefferson Davis -monumenttiin ja kaikkiin mitä Monument Avenue tarjoaa. 2500 sf tyylikkäästi sisustettua tilaa upeailla kattokruunut ja valtava marmorinen mestarikylpy. Sisältää pääsyn viehättävään ulkotilaan etupihalle ja takakuistilla, jossa grilli. Ravintolat ja baarit sekä perheystävälliset aktiviteetit, mukaan lukien museot, ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Turned out perfect size ( 2 couples & a single adult) for lounging—terrific communal space! Also great location—people watching on Monument St. & walkable to lots of restaurants/stores. Very nicely appointed—we did not really cook much ( just breakfast really) but did not want for anything. Would definitely stay there again if going to Richmond.

Fabulous location, easy access and plenty of keys made available to our group, excellent communication with host. Beds were pretty comfortable, bathrooms were large and updated. Wonderful VRBO in Fan District
Our stay in Richmond was wonderful! This 2nd story rental is wonderful! We each had a bedroom with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were updated, and the towels great quality! The kitchen was very well equipped and so easy to cook in! The flat was beautifully decorated! On top of all this, the location is great!! We went to 3, within walking distance, restaurants which was so nice to be able to walk in a historical neighborhood. We were able to park our car in front of the rental. We used Uber several times and that was very convenient.

Great Family Weekend
Out of town came to visit and this vrbo could not have been more perfect. The apartment was decorated beautifully and there was lots of room for us to visit and chat in the same room. It was within walking distance of the St. Benedict Oktoberfest and we were able to walk to City Diner for breakfast. Laura Lee was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. I highly recommend.

Elegant and delightful
We were in town for a family wedding. This is a charming, comfortable, and spacious property. My husband and I and our adult son used the two bedrooms with a shared bath (great showerheads!) and my sister-in-law and her husband used the ensuite bedroom. The big dining room table made a great gathering place, but there was enough room to get off by oneself, too. I loved the little balcony off the kitchen in the morning.

Convenient to everything!
Lovely home and great location. Just need to know it is a second-floor unit which was fine for the younger of us, but difficult for my 85-year-old mother to navigate the stairs. Our family stayed at this property the week of our son’s wedding in Richmond. It was everything we could have wanted! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to several restaurants in the area. The floor plan work well for all of us and allowed space to entertain small groups of visitors.
