The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, but had some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was standard stuff but good and hot. Convenient to dining, Walmart, and Kings Dominion. Would definitely stay again.
Other than the Interstate noise all was splendid. Modern, clean facilities and an awesome shower, free breakfast and 24/7 Lavazza coffee in the Lobby - I will stay here again.
The noise from the highway was so loud I could hardly sleep even with a pillow over my head! Those windows did nothing to block the sound! The first room we were in was next to a barking dog at 10:45 at night! The staff was helpful but said they had no other rooms as there had been a large accident on 95 and people were backed up for hours. Breakfast was poor.
Excellent service and amenities. Perfect spot for a quick getaway, and close to shopping and dining options. Short walk to the beach, and had indoor and outdoor pool options. Very happy with our stay
My TV wasn't working properly and there was a light out. The front desk contacted maintenance and they arrived very shortly after the request and were able to help assist with both items.
Appreciated the late check out as well as the staff was very profesional and kind. I have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed the room and the bed! Sooo confortable so much so I googled the bed to find out how to purchase one. The pillows are also great! We recently stayed at a Hampton Inn with the expectations since it is also a Hilton that the bed would be as confortable sadly it was not. Thank you Tru!
Love the hotel. Weird location with a sketchy motel next to it but the front desk girl is always so nice and full of energy. The walls are THIN. The guy next to us was talking on the phone and we could make out his whole conversation. Would have been annoying but we just turned the tv up. Also, the thermostat only went up to 68. I like my rooms COLD.
