Crash pad
W pictures, descript. & play area listed, assumed good for families w children. Nice big house, but bath tubs unsafe for all due to no anti-slip treatment or pad. No kitchen table or chairs. Refrig not complete .completecompletelmuch.Definitelly a vrasjb0 I'm lol

Unclean Property and Terrible Host
The host refused to share the check in instructions until 1 hour before check in, what at that point, as I had previously shared with the host, all the members of our group were all on the road driving to the property in different cars. It made the travel time extremely stressful to receive the information so late. Then when we got there, we went to use their glasses and cutlery, but we found lipstick on the glasses (uncleaned) and cutlery still dirty. The next morning, we tried to make eggs in the pans, and there was a weird fishy smell so we had to throw all the eggs away. The property also had no soap in any of the bathrooms or showers (the property had been advertised as having soap) so we had to go out and buy soap for the bathrooms ourselves. There were no sponges or ways to clean the dishes so we had to use our hands to clean the dishes. We also noticed several bugs in the kitchen throughout the stay. The power went out in the bedrooms and we had to restart the power in the house ourselves too. The host had not given any check out instructions and I had to ask them to send them to me (the night before we left!). On top of that, the host claimed fraudulently that we had taken a wall charger that we had never seen at the property, and charged us for it! None of the members of my party ever took anything from the property, and we left the property in excellent shape - even left them with soap! This is the first time I have ever experienced such a terrible host.
