Beautiful hotel and easy to find. The employees were very nice and never once made us feel unwelcome. It is only 20 mins to anything nearby. The city was 20 mins away and the metro zoo was 15 mins away! We will be back in a few months and plan to stay here again without a doubt!

The hotel is conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The lobby area was nice and everything seemed clean. We had to park under the hotel in the basement and the door to the elevator was usually propped open. When we parked it smelled like people were going down there to smoke pot out of sight.

Great space but some suggestions
The staff was excellent, and the room space, beds, and bathroom were all fantastic. My room had a living area, and the furniture (sofa, chair, and lamps) was dated and worn. There were no USB or adapters in the rooms, which are typically on lamps. Also, we had a kitchenette and a tiny trash can in the entire living space.

I went out to visit my grandchildren and when I came back my room card did not work. My room was on the fifth floor and three times I had to come back down with all my belongings from the day to have them reprogrammed.

Our stay for one night was very nice. The room is nice and the bed is comfy. We checked in early and everything went smoothly. On our checkout day at 11:30am (checkout is at noon) we had a cleaner open the door to our room. Luckily our lock was open so when they opened the door, it stopped it midway. This was very scary and not okay. Not sure why it happened but everyone needs to be more aware!

Everything was good. Very little to complain about. I would recommend this hotel. My only complaint might be that, I’m a health nut, and couldn’t find many healthy options for breakfast.
