Three ROACHES were seen inside as soon as we opened the door.
Front desk staff indifferent, not welcoming, and reluctant to change room.
The room is VERY NOISY from traffic outside of the window.

Appearance and condition better than anticipated. I arrived prepared to clean and sanitize my booked room myself before I brought anything inside for my stay, as I do each time I stay at Woodsprings Suites and/or establishments alike. This was my first time staying at this particular location. While I still proceeded to wipe down all surfaces in the room, the property was actually well kept inside out.
The staff was courteous, the people (other room attendants) were decent, the atmosphere was peaceful… there was no heavy loitering.
Apparently, this location is new. I hope they are able to keep it this pleasant for an extended period of time. I look forward to staying at this location more often.
The only 2 complaints was the parking for a truck with a trailer we parked in the yard by the fence and high way witch it was ok the only downfall with that was the dog poop everywhere… we both ended up stepping In it.. if the dog poop would be cleaned up.. there would be no issues.. we would definitely stay there again…
very loud all night with multiple kids running around yelling banging on doors running in the parking lot screaming all hours of the night . WHOLE WEEKEND i stayed . As well my shower produced cold water all weekend while in town for business . Those two reasons truely ruined my stay here .
Staff is very friendly. The suite is nice and clean. The noise from the highway is louder than expected but we slept well. Definitely would stay here again, we felt safe. Good restaurant and Bass Pro shop next door was a plus.
newer hotel, clean inside, staff we met were friendly. Although advertised as "suites" the rooms are on the small size. No kitchen utensils are in the room (we actually didnt know that there were some at the front desk if we asked till the day before we left). We were there from W-M and not once did we see a room cleaner (had to go to front desk after 3 nights to ask for a couple of towels). NOISY! Literally just a stones throw off the highway (glad I brought earplugs)! And, while I highly love the fact that they allow dogs, the property where dogs walk needs to be up kept by staff once in awhile (we are diligent about cleaning up after our dogs, but most others there werent and it was disgusting). They also tried to overcharge us for our dogs, so check your receipts! The place is ran more like a boarding house then a hotel.
There were guests upstairs from us that constantly made noise so we weren't able to sleep peacefully.
There was also a pet running up and down the hallway.
The staff was extremely rude.

Loud workers replacing flooring in the hall outside our door early in the morning
We were only there for 1 night but check-in was fast and easy since we made reservation in advance. The area was quiet and our room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. The only negatives was no hand towels and no hair dryer. If you like Bass Pro Shop your in luck, it was just next door.
The room had a small kitchen area with a large fridge. Located close to 95. Does not have someone 24 hours at the desk. No hair dryer in the room. It is a new hotel clean and spacious rooms.
