The apartment provides more than 80 m² of living area (living room with open kitchen and dining area, two separate bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and wc. All windows are facing into the courtyard so no street and city noise there.

In the middle of the room there is a large table for five persons, kitchen is completely equipped (electric stove, pans, pots, dishes, utensils, cups, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, etc.) and invites anyone to cook. In addition, there is a comfy couch. Flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, and a high-speed internet connection are available.
