EGREGIO Sir, Das Problem der Bettwäsche wurde durch das schlechte Wetter verursacht, das uns ohne Vorwarnung traf, offensichtlich lösten wir das Problem sofort. Wir freuen uns, dass er auf jeden Fall unsere Verfügbarkeit und Herzlichkeit zu schätzen wusste. Seine Erfahrung war ein einzigartiger und isolierter Fall, der seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr vorgekommen war. Gruß
