Property is dated and limited. There are few amenities beyond the pool and beach access. Only one restaurant and one breakfast bar. Staff was almost non existent and not very friendly.

Great location close to town and various dining options. Although I would say that the hotel restaurant and bar had a great variety of local foods, as well as burgers, pizza and mexican food for those who do not like local cuisine. Prices are comparable to local restaurants so not much fear that you will pay "hotel prices". Bar staff was attentive. There were a few set backs that were remedied. Rooms were not ready at 4pm for check-in. We were given a 2pm check out instead of 12 noon which was nice. There were people vaping marijuana at the pool bar. The stink of skunk was everywhere. It was not until the nuisance was mentioned, that the bar staff did anything about it. I suggest a no smoking and no vaping policy on the resort grounds for the comfort of guests. I don't care for the smell of weed while trying to enjoy a meal or a drink. One last thing is that some parents get their diapered, non toilet trained kinds in the pool. That is a public health hazard. The staff should have noticed and advised accordingly. Other than that it was a wonderful, relaxing stay and would stay again.

The property was located in a great area with a private beach. For Puerto Rico I’d say it was a great hotel, just hasn’t been updated for a long time. It was impossible to get a cab, so definitely rent a car and uber doesn’t exist there. Little things like asking for a towel or water was hard to come by which was weird because the hotel was pretty nice. If they update it a bit and improve the amenities and service it would be excellent. Biggest tip is make sure you have your own car, however, downtown is less than a mile walking distance.

Property beach and pool is very nice and beautiful, very quiet as we like to stay in a place like this, clean the staff is super nice and always very attentive. Definitely I will recommend it and will return next year. Wonderful time with my wife!

The staff were all around excellent. Especially those working at the front desk, bar & restaurant. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean. You can’t beat the location to town and its also one of the best swimming beaches in town. We absolutely loved our stay!

Disappointing…
Stayed here before about the same time. Don’t know what happened this year, maybe it’s the economy, maybe they were understaffed and overworked, but many of the service people, especially at the restaurant were not interested to accommodate. Some of the employees we’ve known from before were quite willing to help, but most of them, new faces, were acting like we bothered them when we asked for help. The food and the restaurant affiliated with the locale we would absolutely not recommend it. Very poor quality, extremely expensive, and absolutely crappy service.
