Overall positive stay. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, but under separate bookings -- first night on our way to Atlanta to move our son into his college dorm. Then we went back on the way home for another overnight. Our first night was great -- room was clean, modern and comfortable. The shower was especially nice after a long day in the car. But when we came back on our return home, we arrived late in the evening after a long day of moving into the dorm. We were in a different room (since this was a separate booking). We were too tired to notice but in the morning noticed a collection of nail clippings on the floor next to the wall...Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is very European and it’s outlook. Therefore, there are no glasses in the room. And you have to go downstairs and get it if you forget that fact. There’s no microwave. There’s no refrigerator. It is bare bones. It’s very clean very pleasant. Great staff.

Wonderful experience, including a great breakfast
Excellent experience. This was just a place to sleep on a long road trip, but the hotel was a great choice. It was clean, with a great king mattress, and a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and informative. But the highest kudos go to the breakfast, which was far above expectations. I will certainly seek out other opportunities to stay at an avid hotel.

This property is different in that it's minimalist in many ways but it didn't take away from having a good night's stay. We stopped over on the way home from our trip and it was very clean, modern and well designed. The breakfast was good for a continental, with warm and cold options. 24/7 fresh brewed coffee and a nice lobby that i can see myself using if I was staying longer. Cracker Barrel, Pizza Hut, Waffle House, Taco Bell and McDonald's all within a few minutes walk or drive. The room we had was facing the freeway but the rooms are well insulated and noise didn't intrude. Bed was comfortable, there were toiletries provided, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient! I would absolutely stay at this property again!

This is a new motel that advertises minimalist. It is that. No drawers in room, bathroom was very nice. Beds were less than desirable. We stayed 3 nights, had terrible back aches on mattresses. Breakfast lacked, but it was continental. Wish we had been offered water with the meals. Staff was very nice. Our room wasn't cleaned while there bc husband slept in and I asked for it to be cleaned later in morning. Got back in afternoon, wasn't cleaned. Overall, I would give it a 3.75
