The staff went out their way to respond to our needs in an efficient and professional manner regarding a room change and our request for (weigh) scales to weigh our suitcases. Many thanks to Ezequiel for his kind disposition. The hotel dining room served us dinner without hesitation at 21:55 despite their closing at 22:00!!

usually do not write reviews, this place rubbed me the wrong way though. first thing was flight got cancelled bc of bad weather, only way to contact hotel is a local #, sad for an international hotel, so my first two nites i paid for and wasn't there. food was decent, the water they had there was straight tap water. my safe in the room didn't work, it was repaired once and quit working again, just left it alone. the pool looked good sized from their pics, it was as small as the plastic kiddie pool i had when i was 4. I had 2 persons listed on my reservation, it was just myself and a guest who stayed a few nites, i was charged for the guest when I checked out, lol and whatever

Right on the beach and with the Copocabana nightlife just accros the road. We had a room at the back so very quiet. Rooftop pool was really good on a hot day. Special mention for the staff, particularly the porters, they were especially helpful at all hours.

I arrived 2 hours before check-in time and they said they had a room available for me but if I paid 300 reais. The shower didn't work, breakfast was poor and didn't taste fresh. I would not recommend this hotel.

Waited 25 minutes to finally get lukewarm water for a shower. Breakfast dining was crowded and extremely loud with children playing noisy games on their devices. They didn’t have a small kiosk for toothpaste or snacks.

The property is located across the beach, the hotel looks decent with nice rooftop bar and pool, the room is clean but it needs some fixing (lamps above the head/bed keep falling out) the bed needs to be replaced it was very used it lost it shape. The 2 receptions were very arrogant ( forgot their names, tall guys one was black) we were overcharged for the mini bar at the time of checkout, even tho we only took few items. Area around the hotel is not so nice, lots of homeless people and it reeks of urine… as soon as you step on the beach you wont have any rest, lost of hustlers selling anything from sunglasses, food to weed, they don’t leave you alone for a second… I don’t know if we will be back to Copacabana beach anytime soon, I think downtown is much calmer and nicer with less beggars
