Terrible experience, dispite having specificly deopped by tongive them a copy of my credt card so that my partner could use the facilities; they then bothered me in Sao Paulo (on business) to request all the information again! They refused to gove us the room deapite showing evooker mails and confirmation number.! They are wholly incompetant!
