Overall, the property is in fair condition and appears to have had some renovations done. It took several days to get my WiFi to work. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet was great. .

Hotel lobby was very clean. Breakfast was excellent; but, the room were not clean properly and ready for next guest. There were no toilet paper in the bathroom, toothbrush from previous guests was still there, only one discolored cheesecloth looking towel was in bathroom.

Overall I would say this was a pretty good hotel. Although open, it was still under construction and certainly not a new hotel but a renovation of an old hotel. It got quite noisy by mid-morning due to construction. Elevators barely functional. Definitely not the place to go if you want a nice view from the hotel room. BUT very very comfortable and huge bed, room felt clean enough, big shower, good internet connection, little desk space if you need to work remotely, safe enough area, very close walking distance to Copacabana beach, and pretty good breakfast.

Terrible. No water supply when we arrived at 9:30am until noon, but we were charged one additional night for checking-in at 9:30am. Terrible policy by hotels.com as they didn’t even care to help us get the refund.
