We stayed for two nights. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working part of the time and it made a high noise like an alarm all the time which was very unpleasant. Also the Wifi was very slow, in the room it hardly even worked at all. I cannot understand we still have these problems in 2023. Otherwise the room was nice and clean, the shower as well und the Airconditioning worked well. The breakfast was ok, sad that there are almost no vegan options.

Personnel très à l'écoute

Pros: La disponibilité du personnel, toujours à l'écoute et prêt à nous aider.
Cons: Le matelas trop mou de la première chambre.
Location: Les plages Ipanema et Copacabana à proximité.
Après être arrivés dans une chambre où le matelas était trop mou, le personnel nous a trouvé une autre chambre disponible, plus confortable.

Hôtel très accueillant

Pros: Le personnel attentionné.
Cons: .
Location: Proche des plages Ipanema et Copabana. Des restos au kilo à proximité.
Le personnel de l'hôtel a été particulièrement chaleureux et serviable. La chambre était belle et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. La plage est proche.
