Wouldn’t recommend it
Check in was confusing as they tried to charge us double, but it got resolved. WiFi didn’t work at all, anywhere on the property. There was no kitchen as advertised. My husband woke up with many bug bites. The room and bathroom were adequate, beds comfortable, and the location is perfect

Hotel Posada was good, room was clean and we also had little breakfast. Staff was nice but sometimes hard to comunicate in English :)

Great staff
The hotel was very clean and quite airy. The staff was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was included which was nice as flamingo tours begin early in the morning.

Nice stay
Merci was a great host. She tried to accommodate our every need. She even got us a tour guide for our boat trip through Bahia Lagartos. The hotel is super clean and beds are comfortable.

Great find in Rio Lagartos
Clean & comfortable, 1 block from Malecon (Coloradas tours) & main plaza, you can walk anywhere relevant in town. Staff is really flexible & acomodating to the customer’s needs. Includes Wi-Fi & breakfast.

La señora es muy amable, nos consiguieron un tour para ver a los flamingos en muy buen precio y el capitán de la lancha también fue mi amable. Estuvimos muy agusto.

Convenable pour une nuit
Hôtel assez simple mais accueillant, propre et bien situé. Nous avons pu organiser un tour en bateau avec l'hôtel et même réussi à voir un crocodile. Le petit déjeuner est en revanche minimaliste !

Wir waren aufgrund einer Mietwagenrundreise eine Nacht im Hotel Posada Mercy. Das Hotel hat 3 schattige Parkplätze direkt am Eingang. Das Personal spricht leider kaum Englisch, daher war der Check-In Prozess etwas chaotisch. Das Zimmer war klein und verwinkelt, aber angemessen ausgestattet und sauber. Fenster waren mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Wasser (Hafen). Der Ort Rio Lagartos ist klein und nachts ziemlich ruhig, tagsüber kann man sich vor Tour-Angeboten aber kaum retten. Das Hotel ist insgesamt empfehlenswert.
