The room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast offered an abundance of pastries, cheeses, fruits, breads, juices, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, and cereals. A short walk from dining and shopping options. I highly recommend.

A ‘feel good hotel’ in a feel good area
Amazing hotel with the most friendliest staff, who are always ready to help with a smile on their face. They made our honeymoon the most enjoyable and memorable experience! Good communication from the hotel from the moment we booked which was really helpful. Greatly located, within walking distance to most sights and amenities and with the handy and very affordable option to hire out cycles for the day available at the hotel which we utilised to venture to nearby towns with specific cycle dedicated routes. A great breakfast was available with a wide range of options and during our stay we particularly loved the hot tub which was included with our room with a great lake view and the equally therapeutic wellness facility within the hotel which can be booked which we used on 2 separate evenings to unwind. Rightly named ‘feel good hotel’ located in a feel good area! Would highly recommend!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the bar man, Alessandro. Away from the noisy main drag to be quiet, but convenient to a very nice pebble beach. It is a good distance from the Old Town area, but the walk along the beach front to get there is lovely, with spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Pool and outdoor dining area is cozy and a very pleasant place for a drink and dinner. Their pasta dishes are excellent. Breakfast buffet was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff, and clean and modern property. We appreciated the welcome and parting gifts, and the location had nice views of the harbor, lake and mountains. We had a junior suite room for 3 people, which was quite spacious, with a very nice balcony. We would have appreciated a barn door or something to close on the shower room however. The pool and breakfast area were very nice. It was really the staff that made this property such a nice place to stay - they always greeted with a smile, were very helpful with parking and questions, and eager to please and service. Highly recommended!

Beware of building work!
While I can see this should be a lovely hotel, our stay was completely ruined by the building site directly opposite the hotel. On arrival the staff pretended like you could not hear the drills going just across the street! (We stayed end of August 2020) We went to the pool on arrival on our first day, but the sound was awful, so we left for the lake (we had paid extra for this hotel as we wanted to use the pool and facilities and felt very annoyed). We gave feedback through Hotels.com, the “management” informed us that we were very lucky because the building work was only for one day and we should be able to enjoy the rest of our stay - but “management” were clearly no where near the site, as the work continued on our second and third day. I did inform them that the work continued, and the reception team came to find us at lunchtime to apologise (the first acknowledgment of the issue) and offer us an opportunity to use the Spa for free - which might have been nice, but they only offered this from 6.30 in the evening, when actually we just wanted to get out of the hotel because of the noise. We were extremely disappointed and the staff really didn’t want to acknowledge the annoyance of many of the guests. If I could have a refund and gone elsewhere I would have done. I would imagine this will continue for many months, as they constructing what looks like a new hotel, so it would be nice for the hotel to at least acknowledge the issue, for the cost!

Romantic Lake view suite!
Everything was amazing. The room was super clean and the suite with the hot tub was super romantic. The pool areas were spacious and very elegant. The hotel had the friendliest and most pleasant staff I have ever met and are very helpful and made us feel comfortable. I would stay here again and again.

Everything is perfect except one thing. I booked the room with lake view which the room i got can see the lake but it doesnt look like in the photo. There are another hotel in front of the room so i have to stand up and look over another hotel to reach the lake even we got the room on the third floor. Hotel got only 4floors so 3rd is already high but not enough.Quite disappoint since my intension is to lay down on the bed and see the lake view.

Die Villa Enrica ist ein eher kleines familiengeführtes Hotel mit gehobenem Standard, das sehr schön nahe zum See und zum Monte Brione gelegen ist. Das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Als Gast wird man sehr freundlich, fast familiär behandelt ohne dass es aufdringlich wirkt. Der Service ist perfekt und wird ergänzt durch ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist der kleine und extrem enge Parkplatz der dem Fahrer hohe Konzentration abfordert damit es nicht zu Kollisionen kommt. Die Anmietung von Parkplätzen in einer der umliegenden Tiefgaragen wäre hilfreich. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel aber wärmstens empfehlen.
