Conference
This was a great place for colleagues to stay together during a conference. With multiple rooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of privacy while still being together. The house was clean, well equipped, and in a great location.

Neda was an exceptional host and there for every need. She even provided more amenities for our special dinner night. The house was like being at home. From the decor to all the amenities, she didn’t forget anything. Perfect stay, comfortable home and perfect location to downtown. If we ever go back, we will definitely inquiry again for availability.

The property is very nice. The yard is fully contained for pets. Several of the dining room chairs have legs that are very wobbly and could break under excess weight. We had to move some around to sit at the table. The only real problem we had was trying to figure out how to use the thermostat. We looked but could not find any directions for it. We did have a nice stay.

Perfect Location and Rental
These 2 band moms couldn't have asked for a better place to stay to support our HS Band competition at RCC. We had our mornings free so were able to walk to Downtown for breakfast. It was a weekend so enjoyed the local farmers market. The house was well equipped and loved that you had a master suite both upstairs and downstairs. Our daughters were able to join us on the last night before we headed home. This house is comfortable and updated. Wish I had more time to sit on the front porch! Thank you!

Our stay here was perfect. The host really wanted us to be comfortable and feel at home by buying us goodies & purchasing heaters for us which helped out so much. Each room was set up and furnished nice and it was enough room for all of us. Would love to come back.
