Noisy AC Breakfast acceptable but not great (delivery in room) Kitchen indeed but almost no tools (no pan, no saucepan...) Staff with limited knowledge of English. Pool out of service Gym engines out of service No room service by default

I won't return to this hotel again. No room service. I asked them to take out the trash and they didn't. Only good thing about this hotel is its location.

Shocking service. Didn’t care less and were disinterested. Bathroom was terrible. Old towel, some second hand slippers and no shower curtain. Definitely one to miss.

الموظف بالاستقبال المصري الغى حجزنا من راسه بدون اي طلب منا بالالغاء ورفض اقامتنا الا لو دفعنا قيمة اعلى ورفضنا ولم نسكن اطلاقا بالفندق

جيد و سعره مناسب
اقامة جيدة و مريحة بشكل عام و الفندق نظيف و هادئ و سعره مناسب. حدثت مشكلة عندما وصلت الفندق أخبرني موظف الاستقبال ان حجزي غير موجود و بعد جدال استمر ٥ دقائق وجد الحجز . و تم اعطائي الغرفة عندما دخلت الغرفة وجدت ان التكييف يصدر صوت مزعج فطلبت تغيير الغرفة . و قام موظف الاستقبال بالاستجابة لطلبي على الفور الى غرفة هادئة و مريحة
