The staff was very helpful. My phone was not working, and I needed to contact my Banks in America, and he allowed me to use his phone. He gave us information on where we could go relax in the evening. Very kind and thoughtful people. Will definitely stay again.

Good value for the price. Was offered check in free at 12, everything went well. The location itself might be a bit noisy but I think it can be expected when looking at the map before booking.

Bon séjour à l’hôtel. En revanche, forte odeur de cigarette à cause de la VMC dans la salle de bains, qui impregne les serviettes, pour une chambre non-fumeur. Egalement la wifi dysfonctionne et faible signal.

İnternetten özellikle deniz manzaralı diye rezervasyon yaptım. Verdikleri oda karşı binaya bakıyordu. Perdeyi açtığınızda karşı binadakiker odanın içini görüyordu. Durumu yetkililere ilettiğimizfe odanız çaprazdan denizi görüyor ya deliler. Deniz manzaralı oda ile deniz görür oda arasındaki farki bile bilmiyorlar. Bine 10 katlı, asansör 4 kişilik, Allahtan fazla giren çıkan yoktu da uzun süreli asansör beklemesi yaşamadık . Otel sahil yolu üzeri olduğu için oldukça sesli, bu durum dogu karadeniz deki otellerin çoğunda var. Ses yalıtımı iyi olduğundan pencereyi kapattığınız da ses içeri gelmiyor Çalışanlar suratsız. Yüzü gülen bir tane görmedim. Sanki zorla çalıştıtıyorlar

Die Räumlichkeiten sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sowohl das Mobiliar als auch Bad, Frühstücksraum und Lobby sind neuwertig. Personal kann jederzeit angesprochen werden. Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah, die Einheiten zur Hauptstraße haben einen schönen Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Einziger Nachteil: Extremer Verkehrslärm durch die Hauptverkehrsstraße Richtung Meer, leider auch nachts.
