Weit unter den Erwartungen. Haben nicht unser gebuchtes Familienzimmer bekommen. Diese waren angeblich vergeben. Mussten uns mit einer Unterkategorie zufrieden geben. Haben somit zuviel bezahlt. Betten waren nur halb bezogen. Kompletter Boden, Bad, alles war schmutzig. Handtücher haben gefehlt. Am Boden neben dem Bett waren Pommesreste. Am Nachttisch Krümmel. Einfach nur schrecklich.
