Quick and easy check in with the friendly service. It appeared they were in the midst of upgrading from carpet to floating floors (we had floating floor room). Room was clean.

I put a do not disturb sign on my door and staff took it off and entered my room for cleaning anyways. What are the signs even for?? Also I found a crackpipe in my room, burnt holes in blankets, and bugs

Booked 2 rooms. Only got one. Room was clean, but walls were peeling, burn marks in bath tub, smelled of recreational smoking. Staff was good, but property may need refreshing.

Our main complaint about the room was the poor television and internet connection. The wifi was spotty and the streaming of television content was extremely poor - it was basically unwatchable, as it buffered slowly after every few seconds of footage.
