Great resort to stay for snorkeling. Awesome corals and ocean life on soft sandy beaches. We had the best snorkeling experience without even taking a tour, everything is right there! We will be back sooner than later. Food options were plentiful and very tasty.

We loved everything. The attention and customer service is incredible. The staff is just out of here caring. We loved it since we entered the place and the rooms are great, the beds are to sleep in for days straight.

The amenities are great, its on a great spot in West Bay. However, the staff is basically clueless on what great customer service is. Theres an activities screen at the front desk, dont bother, they dont do any of them. When asked about the activities they all gave us the runaround. Basically for the price if you dont mind the poor customer service go ahead. If you want some actual service go next door to Infinity Bay where they actually have a clue.

One of the last true paradise islands and this is the most beautiful and relaxing resort found on it. The moment you step foot in the lobby you are greeted by the friendliest staff and the most beautiful views.

We visited Roatan last week and stayed at the Kimpton Grand Roatan Hotel. This place is beautiful, my 7 year old son says it’s a magical place. It’s located within walking distance to the beach. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel
