The Space:
This 1910 property has been gutted down to the studs and remade as a fantastic triplex in a location that's impossible to beat for visitors going to Mayo Clinic. Just one block from access the subway system via the DAHLC with all new everything — walls, flooring, lighting, bathroom, kitchen, electrical, plumbing, windows, siding, roof and more.
The large kitchen features granite countertops, slow close cabinets and stainless steel appliances with all the amenities you’d expect in a modern home — Keurig, electric kettle, wine opener and a dishwasher.

Viking House is located 0.3 miles (5 minute walk, 2 minute drive) to Mayo Clinic, and 0.8 miles (17 minute walk, 3 minute drive) to St. Marys Campus. You’ll find yourself conveniently close to a variety of dining, grocery, and shopping options. For your daily needs, several grocery stores are nearby, offering a range of items from fresh produce to ready-to-eat meals. Everything you need is a quick walk away!

Cancellation Policy
Guests will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, but less than 14 days, are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
