This condo has been furnished to make it a home away from home for you. With a combination of furniture and décor, we strive to make this place as comfy and cozy as possible. We are flexible on check in/out times! The building itself is very quiet so you won't hear noise from other residents.
Bedroom - The bedroom is furnished with a nightstand and chest for additional drawer storage along with the closet for hanging clothes. The mattresses are considered plush mattresses
Office/Futon Room - This is an office and full size futon in the 2nd room for a comfortable working space!
Living/Dining Room - Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Youtube Live TV and Fast WIFI are included and available to you. The Dining table seats 4.
Kitchen - Stove, Fridge, and Dishwasher are available to use. Pots and pans and basic utensils are included if you like to cook!
Bathroom - Shampoo and Body Wash are included. A stackable washer and dryer are also in the unit and detergent is in the bathroom cabinet or in the hallway closet.

This location is right across the river from DT. A quick 10 min walk will get you to restaurants like Chesters, Terza, Porch and Cellar, Mango Thai, Newts, and many others! Also a 10 min walk away from the Mayo Clinic!
A parking lot is connected to the building. It is free. The bus route goes right by the building and the stop is right across the street. Route 2 will take you DT.
This is on the 2nd floor - keep in mind there will be stairs
Respect Quiet Hours: Kindly note that quiet hours start at 10 pm.
Temperature Guidelines: Please be mindful of the thermostat settings. Keep it between 68 and 74 degrees to ensure optimal comfort.
Strict No-Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in or around the premises. A $250 fine will be enforced if pet hair or pets are discovered.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit. A $500 fine will be enforced if smoking is detected.
