Mayo convenient
Hotel caters to Mayo patients and family and they do an exceptional job. Staff is very friendly, Mayo shuttle is available, breakfast hours are 5:30am-9:30am. The staff accommodated us with a later checkout that allowed us to rest very comfortably between appointments.

We spent 6 days at this hotel and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was close to the Mayo Clinic and the shuttle was convenient. The location was very quiet and allowed us to relax and rest after stressful appointments. We will be back.

We stayed for the first time in this hotel. We loved it! Although Hotels.com sent me my email confirmation, the sheet NEVER INCLUDED THE NAME OF THE HOTEL. Only the address....we had no idea what place we needed to find without having to use Google!! Please change this error.

I had a pleasant experience with this Hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially the shuttle bus guy. He made the ride to the Mayo Clinic a fun one. My only concern was the housekeeping employees because they didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate with them, but they were very nice. I would return to this Hotel.
