In room 402, the King bed's mattress was pretty worn out and they didn't even put a mattress pad on it, just a sheet directly on the mattress. It wasn't very comfortable. Everything else about the hotel has been fantastic. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 3 years. However, some of the mattresses in the rooms need to be replaced.

We had a great stay for our 1st RIT brick city weekend. We paid significantly more because everything else was sold out. But we would stay angain. Also, would have preferred a room closer to the elevator because I’m handicapped(on crutches) but I know they were full and I didn’t ask for it. Which was my fault. Breakfast is basic but well stocked.

The front office staff is very rude and at all helpful to the guests They act as though they don’t understand what we are asking I called the front desk to provide more towels and they said the cleaning staff will provide at the time of cleaning This is not the type of service expected when as a customer we are paying so much for the room
