Overall good experience. At night when we reached the hotel, there were some shaddy people standing in the front parking smoking pot. Right next to the sign that says we are not responsible for lost items in car. Park at your own risk. I had to move the car in the back, right in front of my room window so i can keep an eye on it. Other than that, it was okay experience.

I liked that the girl today was nice but I was up all night cause of noise no one at front desk world answer I had to call 3 times there was also hair in the shower and I felt like stuff was crawling on me in the bed

Very comfortable and beautiful. Clean and ample public areas. Room size is on the small size. Cozy. Small closet and bathroom space for the location. Make sure to confirm breakfast is included when booking. Location policy charges for breakfast on the weekends $16. /person.

The rooms were smaller than I’d like them to be but the they were clean and safe. The real joy I experienced was with the staff. 100/10 customer service! The young gentleman and the lady who works at the front desk were beyond accommodating and helpful. They made my stay peaceful and comfortable! Forever grateful for how hard they worked to ensure that my family and I were taken care of.

The front desk clerks weren’t very welcoming/friendly at our checkout. They didn’t even greet me or tell me that we were all set or ask if we were happy with stay etc. one just pointed to the other girl when I walked up to her. The other ignored me until she saw I was watching her. The cigarette butt station smelled bad all I could smell were old cigarettes while trying to pack my car. It shouldn’t be by the door. The breakfast tables weren’t very clean. The night staff were wonderful and helped us by bringing a crib. It was a little old but the bedding was very nice. My baby is starting to stand and hit her head on the side so maybe have a la k n play or two there instead. The rooms were very clean and perfect.

Nice place, but it’s a maze of halls to find your way around (to get to room, pool breakfast, & main checkout). Shower head is like a spa-so great! Wish they had a hot tub with the pool though. And not happy they charge extra $8/person for breakfast (that’s only slightly better than a normal buffet).

Stayed at this property 7/14 7-17. Room was spacious - the hotel hallways were dated with warn carpet - daily room service didn’t happen for three days. We visited the front desk on day two and was assured the room would be cleaned. We returned to the room that evening and no service! We returned to the front desk and was told the “do not disturb sign” has been on the door. Frankly this is a lie - we always remove the sign when we leave and I assure you this sign was not on the door! We suspect this was said to avoid cleaning. Staff was argumentative and rude during this conversation- will not be returning
