The room we were assigned was dirty with garbage in the drawers and cabinets, one tissue shoved back in the box and the telephone was missinf the cord to call the front desk. The 2nd room we were given the carpet was wet throughout the room.

Great stay for families
The rooms were spacious and well-appointed in terms of amenities and general stuff you need for a hotel stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The snack selection at the front desk was great, and the heated pool was a lot of fun for our kids. The staff was genuinely friendly (especially Nicole!) and very helpful for our needs. We'd definitely stay again!

Over all my family and i liked staying here, great price and great staff. Got vary noisy but it is geared towards families so it didn't bother us that much. On our next visit to rodchester we'll be staying here.

Property was kept clean and quiet but the smell of smoke was troubling as it was supposed to be a non smoking property
