Disliked: Staff & service
We were charged 20$ for early arrival, we arrived at 2pm and check in is at 3pm
We asked for a late. Checkout of 12 pm and had to negotiate a time of 1130 am
We were supposed to get a free breakfast but they are doing renovations and no compensation offered
We asked for an extra pillow and were told it would be brought to room because they were busy, nobody was there,
An hour later we went again and clerk walked 20 feet and opened a door and came out with a pillow how come could not have done that on first approach
On check in 18 oct 24 the staff were cold and poorly dressed ,no smiles, no interaction with guests
They need customer service skills, it seemed like we were a pain in the ass to them
The room was small as it recently converted from Microtel to Baymont but we didn’t get breakfast and staff was subpar
The room had a hole in wall by the door which I advised th3 clerk about because I didn’t want to be blamed, a pot light was hanging low, the wall thermostat was not connected
This place needs some work as does the staff as far as customer service
We got better and more polite service at Tim Hortons drive thru next door
I don’t recommend this place to stay
