Extremely dirty hall and room carpet. Continental breakfast is not as pictured. Room very trashy, the air conditioner was janky and loud.

The room smelled of strong cat urine?? The bedside light flickered but wouldn’t stay on. The toilet did not flush easy without 2-3 pushes. There were only shears on windows so couldn’t tell if outsiders could see in.

Even though the on-line photos are slightly mis-leading, the hotel suited our needs well. No complaints on the room, the overall cleanliness, or the staff friendlyness or helpfulness. WIll we stay there again - most likely!

The room temperature was hard to keep balanced. It was either too hot or too cold. Not sure the AC was working properly but other than that everything was great!

Very friendly staff, nice large room, very clean and comfortable, easy to get to, not far from st.marys mayo hospital, will definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for being so pleasant!
